    The mission of Pharma Excel Ltd. is to provide access to a wide range of "hard to obtain" medicinal, ethical prescription, generics and over the counter pharmaceutical products. Above all, Pharma Excel Ltd. is dedicated to provide the highest quality customer service to it's clients.

    Pharma Excel Ltd. is a pharmaceutical (Medicinal) wholesaler and therefore NOT a general pharmacy.

    Pharma Excel Ltd. will not distribute pharmaceuticals to UK customers without proper license. Similarly, EC customers must provide a copy of their prescription or valid license.
    Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

    We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

    Pharma Excel Ltd. requires all NEW clients to sign and fax the credit card and order acknowledgment agreement prior to shipment. Furthermore, all shipments are subject to Pharma Excel Ltd. terms and conditions. Please click here to access the agreement document.

    We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

    When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an acceptance email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

    Pharma Excel Ltd. will only supply Products under these Terms and Conditions, which are conclusive and nonnegotiable.

    Customers are completely responsible for the confirmation of their personal importation requirements and must comply with the importation regulations of their country. Products are not available where prohibited by law. They must accept that all goods are shipped at their own risk.

    The customer warrants that they hold Pharma Excel Ltd., any of its vendors, suppliers, shippers and associates free of any and all legal action and prosecution, including any entrapment procedures that may be perpetrated or attempted by law enforcement and government agents and/or their agencies.

    The customer affirms that he/she is of 18 years of age or older, and that the products he/she is purchasing are for personal use ONLY and not for commercial resale.

    By accepting the Terms & Conditions and placing an order online, the customer agrees and authorises DP Ltd. to charge his/her credit card with the total amount of the order. The charges are in GBP (Great Britain Pounds Sterling). Please note the exact amount your credit card is charged in the local currency depends on the exchange rate on the date of charging.

    Pharma Excel Ltd. reserves the right to refuse orders as they see fit. The Terms and Conditions in this section are determined by Pharma Excel Ltd. and are subject to change without notice.

    The customer affirms that the supply of product he/she is purchasing does not exceed 3 months usage and are used with the consent of his/her physician and is not for resale. Furthermore, the customer accepts full liability for the use of all Products and services supplied by Pharma Excel Ltd., any of it's vendors and suppliers. FDA regulations may permit the purchase/shipment of a maximum 3 month supply of medications ONLY for personal use and NOT for resale. Unless you specify the quantity you wish to order, only the minimum amount will be shipped.
    Shipping And Handling Pharma Excel Ltd. is not held responsible for losses in the mail, shipment errors or product damage caused by the mail service or the shipping company.

    Customers may request a registered mail service provided they display a valid copy of their prescription. The customer is responsible for all additional charges for the registered service.
    Delivery Schedule Pharma Excel Ltd. will endeavour to dispatch goods within 48 hours of placing the order. However, the customer must allow a period of up to 28 days for the delivery of their products due to the nature of mail service. However, factors such as customs inspection can cause unavoidable delays. Pharma Excel Ltd. can not be held responsible for such delays. You should always be prepared to purchase your medications locally to cover such situations.
    Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
    Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
    Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

    Privacy Policy Pharma Excel Ltd. do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

    Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
    Returns Policy Pharma Excel Ltd. is unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any orders due to safety regulations.

    We cannot accept returns of any medication once it has been shipped to the customer. The same rules and regulations that apply to your local pharmacy apply here, as well. This is both a matter of health and safety concerns.

    The only exceptions are: 1) if the medications have to be returned because of our mistake; and 2) if there was a product recall by the manufacturer. We will gladly take it back and provide a refund. However, you must first receive our approved authorization before you return it.
